Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return options.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@abendgallery.com or call 303-355-0950 before shipping any return so we can provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and coordinate the process.
Exhibition Purchases
Artwork purchased before or during an exhibition will be held at the gallery until the exhibition closes. The 7-day return window begins from the date the artwork is delivered to you after the exhibition ends, not from the date of purchase. Returns on exhibition purchases are eligible for store credit only. Refunds are not available for exhibition purchases due to the extended holding period during which the artwork is unavailable to other collectors.
Return Options
Option 1: Refund
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned artwork.
Option 2: Store Credit (Recommended)
Return the artwork for a full credit toward a future purchase with no restocking fee. Abend Gallery will cover return shipping costs. Store credit does not expire.
Return Conditions
All returned artwork must be in its original condition. Items must be securely packaged for safe transit. For artwork valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Gift certificates, commissioned artworks, and custom or special-order items are non-returnable. Gift certificates are non-refundable, do not expire, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Damaged or Defective Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Take photographs of any damage to the packaging and the artwork, and save the original box for insurance purposes. We will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement at our expense.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as processing times vary. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at info@abendgallery.com or 303-355-0950.
