Jill Soukup: Award-winning Large Format Cityscapes and Wildlife Painter

A Colorado native, Jill Soukup graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. A graphic designer turned full-time painter, Soukup continues to gain national recognition and earn prestigious awards such as Jury’s Top 50, Salon International Museum of Contemporary Masters, both 2006 and 2007.

Jill’s skilled harmonic style with compact patterns and intricate detail can be seen in both her architectural paintings of cityscapes and her rhythmic motions of horse and rider. Soukup is justifiably an award-winning artist with a painterly understanding of values and color composition.
