Tim Deibler: Award of Excellence Oil Painters of America National ShowTim Deibler is a representational, plein air, landscape painter who pays formal attention to detail in striking color and geometric designs. He has a unique ability to capture the seasons ever changing landscapes in his paintings. Tim has received two awards of excellence from the Oil Painters of America in this decade. He is an exceptional art instructor and has developed a new instructional landscape video entitled, “Finding Geometric Shapes in the Landscape”. Last Light in the Sangre's won the Utrecht Award of Excellence at the 2008 Oil Painters of America National Show.  Catching the Light won the Fredrix Artist Canvas and Jack Richeson & Co. Inc. Award of Excellence at the 2007 Oil Painters of America National Show.  Cuchara in Winter won the Silver Brush Limited Award of Excellence at the 2005 Oil Painters of America Invitational Show. It was selected by Juror, and OPA Master Signature Member, Dan Gerhartz. |
