Patricia Canney

Patricia Canney was born and raised in Minnesota. After graduating from the University of Minnesota in 1971 and serving in the Peace Corps during the mid-seventies, she worked in a myriad of different art related occupations, eventually moving into advertising and graphic design.

Canney literally fell into fine art when a gallery owner enquired about a watercolor she was getting framed for a friend. Through travels in Brittany, New Mexico, Colorado and Arizona she has gone from
