About Jen Arribau

Though most of her paintings are representational, Jen Arribau’s work has the underlying structure of a strong abstract design. She enjoys painting a variety of subject matter from café scenes to portraits to landscapes. “I have always been fascinated by conveying people and how they relate to their environment in a painting, both on a visual and emotional level. My first priority is to build a solid visual foundation for my work. Whether or not emotions are conveyed, that is for the viewer to decide.” Arribau continues to create her art from her studio in Denver, Colorado.
